We hold your registration details, identity verification documents, payment method identifiers such as UPI handles or Paytm-linked numbers, and a log of account activity. You can request a full summary by contacting our data team.

Transaction records are retained for the period required under applicable financial law. For most accounts this is several years from the date of each transaction. After account closure, non-mandatory records are deleted on a rolling schedule.
